Digital Products:

  • No refunds are available for downloaded digital products after purchase. Once downloaded, the product is considered consumed and non-returnable.
  • However, if you encounter technical issues with a downloaded product and cannot access it, please contact us within 5 days of purchase and we will do our best to resolve the issue or offer a replacement product.

Subscriptions:

  • You can cancel your subscription at any time.
  • For monthly subscriptions, cancellations made before the next billing cycle will be effective immediately, and you will not be charged for the following month.
  • For annual subscriptions, cancellations made before the renewal date will receive a prorated refund based on the unused portion of the subscription. Cancellations after the renewal date will not be eligible for a refund.
  • Please note that cancellation requests must be made through your account dashboard or by contacting our customer support team.

Consultations:

  • Cancellations for scheduled consultations must be made 48 hours in advance to receive a full refund.
  • Cancellations within 48 hours will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
  • No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled consultation.

Refunds:

  • Refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 7 business days of the cancellation request.
  • Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or financial institution.
  • We reserve the right to deny refunds for any suspicious or fraudulent activity.
